My classes are all-levels, but I recommend you take this if you have practiced yoga before since we will be focusing on constant dynamic movement with breath.

Join me on Tuesday mornings to get in some mindfulness practice to start your day right. Practice is just 15- minutes and open to all-levels. Each month, we focus on something new. My teaching is rooted in traditional practices combined with modern neuroscience for establishing an effective meditation practice no matter your experience level.
